Expected Launch: Amanah Agent AI is currently in development and scheduled to launch in Q2 2026. By joining our waitlist, you express interest in early access to our platform when it becomes available.

Description of Services

Amanah Agent AI is a no-code AI agent platform that enables businesses to:

• Build custom AI agent platforms without coding
• Define custom applications, modules, and objects
• Create intelligent workflows and automation
• Integrate with multiple communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
• Implement smart ticketing and department routing
• Connect with external systems via REST APIs

The specific features and functionality of the Services may change as we develop the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

Waitlist and Early Access

We reserve the right to determine early access eligibility and modify early access benefits at our discretion.

are owned by Amanah Agent AI or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you submit to our Services ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, store, and process Your Content to provide the Services
• Display Your Content within the Services
• Make backups and copies for operational purposes

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit Your Content and grant us this license.

Pricing and Payment

Subscription Plans

When the platform launches, we will offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers. Pricing details will be clearly displayed before you subscribe.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or expectations, or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMANAH AGENT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm
• Cost of substitute services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amanah Agent AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your Content submitted to the Services

Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Amanah Agent AI is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@amanahagent.cloud to seek an informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amanah Agent AI regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
